Contractors get the plan, estimate, and schedule tools, and they can be recommended when someone nearby is ready to outsource a trade or a whole job. Clients use the app to find that local fit. A licensed company is listed for trade work only after the license, insurance certificate, and bond are verified. A handyman can be listed for a garden bed or other work that does not require a license, and is labeled that way.

A client finishes a plan
The plan lists the trades the job needs and how much of each. That is the point where a client stops browsing and starts looking for someone to do the work.

Your company is the suggestion
A listed company is recommended for its own trades, inside the service area it chose. Licensed trades go to contractors whose license, insurance, and bond we checked. Small jobs go to handymen.
