At Construct PM, our mission is to transform the construction management industry by leveraging artificial intelligence to simplify complex processes, reduce paperwork, and improve project outcomes. We believe that construction professionals should spend less time on administrative tasks and more time building.
We've built a platform that combines powerful AI technology with deep industry knowledge to create tools that are intuitive, powerful, and designed specifically for the unique challenges of construction management.
The provider network is the other half. A contractor using the plan and estimate tools will be recommended as the network rolls out when a nearby client is ready to outsource a trade or the whole job. Licensed companies are shown for that work after license, insurance, and bonding are verified. A garden bed or other small job that does not require a license can be offered to a local handyman, labeled as unlicensed.
