Construct-PM is built on Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that creates a shared context across every document, timeline, budget, and conversation in your project. MCP lets our AI understand how those pieces relate — the way a real project manager does — instead of treating each document as an island.
You're not locked to a single AI provider. Construct-PM integrates with the leading frontier models — Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's ChatGPT, xAI's Grok, and others — alongside our own proprietary models trained on construction-specific terminology, federal compliance standards, and field-verified best practices. Bring your own API key, or use ours; the product works the same either way.
For large-scale project planning we lean on frontier reasoning models for their depth; for inline tasks (cost lookups, template filling, compliance checks) we route to faster, cheaper models behind the scenes. You get quality where it matters and speed everywhere else.
